Mr. Hilton and staff is very professional. And I must say in the death of son. They were with my family all the way from beginning to ending.

Losing my dad in October was one of the most heartbreaking experiences of my life, but the team at Lowcountry — especially Mr Coakley Hilton—helped carry us through with such compassion and grace. From the first phone call to the final farewell, they treated my family like their own.
Mr Hilton was patient, gentle, and incredibly thoughtful—never rushing us, always listening, and somehow anticipating what we needed before we even knew how to ask. In a moment filled with grief, confusion, and pain, he brought peace and clarity. Every detail of my dad’s arrangements was handled with care and dignity, allowing us to focus on honoring him without being overwhelmed by logistics.
It’s rare to feel truly seen and supported during such a raw time, but that’s exactly what we felt. I’ll never forget that kindness. Thank you, Coakley, and thank you to the entire team for helping us say goodbye with love and grace.

Far and away my most pleasant and memorable experience with a Funeral Home. Mr. Coakley and staff were attentive, compassionate and true professionals during my season of bereavement from my wife of 40 years. I thank you Sir for a job well done! God's best to you and yours!

Mr. Christopher Burgess made my aunts homegoing very memorable. This young man is very kind and listens to our needs. Mr. Christopher had my entire family in good spirits, taking our minds of the passing. Also to another family that was visiting a loved one. He made the arrangements very understanding and we did not feel like we were being scammed. He also was nice reminding me I forgot to send him the obituary information and pictures. Everything was very professional and done without my family questing him. We forgot to order flowers and he had that covered also. I was shocked to find out he’s no longer with Hilton anymore and at Shepherd’s Funeral home because I truly saw him as the next up for Hilton. Hilton gets a 5 because of Mr. Christopher time and compassion. Thank you

Low Country Mortuary (Coakley Hilton) and staff were absolutely wonderful. The passing of my mom, has proven to be the most difficult time in my life. I’ve never been in a position to handle funeral arrangements, so of course I didn’t know where to start. Mr Hilton helped me every step of the way. Outlining everything that needed to be done step by step, but with a sense of Loving Compassion for my loss and respect and Dignity for my mom. As difficult as this has been, the help I received from Low Country Mortuary, helped tremendously. I felt as if they were apart of my family and that helped put my mind at ease, knowing I was being well taken care of

Will never get over trying to mourn my dearest friend while hearing LOUD and obnoxious people laughing in one of the rooms while her family and friends are crying for her. Disrespectful.

Low Country Mortuary and the staff did a wonderful job down to picking Auntie Mabel Greene up from Low Country Hospice House-Agape Care to calling the family the next day ( Mr. Hilton), and setting-up the appointments. Mr. Hilton made our visit timely and professional. Chris/ Christopher, Minister Eric Johnson, Mr. Chavis, Mr. Barry and other staff members helped made our family bereavement truly a Home Going Celebration. ????????

Went beyond my family's expectations in handling my nephew's service! Mr Coakley was very compassionate and did "EVERYTHING" he could to make my family feel special and cared for! The gentleman (Rev. Johnson) that helped throughout the service did a "FANTASTIC" job in all areas. Eventhough my nephew's body was not there( due to circumstances) Lowcountry made Kaveon's presence felt throughout the building!!! Thank you Lowcountry Mortuary! May The Blesssings of The LORD be with you always!❤️
