Chrissy contacted me personally within hours of my sister’s passing and assured me she would take care of my sister and guide me through the entire process. Chrissy made a very difficult time seamless and as stress-free as possible. Wonderful stuff to work with. We visited prior to my dad’s death to make all the arrangements. Upon my dad’s death their team arrived and cared for my dad to transport him back to their facility. Once dad’s cremated remains were ready I met with them. They graciously combined my dad’s remains with my mom’s and then divided them into five containers. I brought one home , while Simplicity shipped the remaining four to my siblings all over the United States. They took very good care of us . Note: this review is posted on my dad’s google account! I’m sure he would share the same feelings.

I would not recommend this company to anyone for my mother was picked up and brought to this company and I have heard nothing and now I am wondering why I was referred to this company and saddened for no communication has taken place explaining where she is

Amy and Chrissy truly care. They made handling the death of my loved one as easy as possible. Everyone else I called was so impersonal and it was about the money. I wouldn't use anyone else in South Carolina.
