After my sister’s passing, the Simplicity team responded quickly and treated my sister and our family with the utmost kindness and compassion. Wonderful stuff to work with.
We visited prior to my dad’s death to make all the arrangements. Upon my dad’s death their team arrived and cared for my dad to transport him back to their facility. Once dad’s cremated remains were ready I met with them. They graciously combined my dad’s remains with my mom’s and then divided them into five containers. I brought one home , while Simplicity shipped the remaining four to my siblings all over the United States.
They took very good care of us .
