The technician was very professional and did a great job. I just hope the hardware will do as good of a job. However, the wait for the hardware to arrive was not acceptable. It took about 3 weeks for it to arrive so that the technician could do his magic.
Technician was extremely knowledgeable and troubleshot the issue with the Kitchenaid refrigerator dispenser. The technicians were on time and did a great job getting the appliance working again.
Robert was punctual. Efficient , polite & professional! After 2 appointments where the tech never showed up. He was a blessing in disguise! My stove is finally fixed! Sears needs to get their schedule together!!!
