Adrienne was AMAZING & really took care of us. You can tell she loves what she does & taking care of people. She was very informative & made sure we had everything we needed. After being seen at Trident & then coming here, she gave us a peace of mind knowing exactly what to do & what was going on. I would come back just to see her

I had to go and have blood done the lady at thee desk said let me see if she can take you, I sat there and waited, after 15 mins I went to ask if she could. All she said was I didn't know where you went to vi told her I stood there for a little. Then she got a little smart, I needed this blood work cause I just had a heart attack. But after this I won't be back. Have ppl that has some compassion for ppl that has been really sick c

You let me leave the hospital with a blood pressure of 149/100, which is not normal for me I do not typically have high blood pressure. I told the nurse I had a headache and felt dizzy, yet instead of focusing on my symptoms, everyone seemed more concerned with trying to get my friendβs information to report her dog. My pain was an 8 out of 10 from where I hit myself near my spleen, and nothing was done for it. You gave me a prescription to take to the pharmacy, but no real treatment or attention in the moment. I have never been so disappointed in the care I received.

My care was excellent. I took off two stars only because as I was waiting for my ride, I had to listen to one of the security guards telling the other that he would like to fly to New York and shoot Zohran Mamdani. Openly discussing political violence is not a great look. Apologies to the staff for having to deal with this.

I went there one early morning because I had been awakened from my sleep in severe pain in both my thighs. I gave them the one star because they were quick with getting me in, but did not resolve my issue let alone resolve it. Go somewhere else if you can.

The staff are just here for a job. My son was attacked and they did not treat his wounds. Not even a bandaid. He had multiple abrasions on his arms, head, legs and face. He was there for 15 minutes and they sent him away like he was garbage. And by the way, he did have health insurance. The nurse was very uncaring. I guess a black man didn't deserve her time. I will definitely be filing a complaint. They don't even deserve 1 star.

I came to the ER on 6/26 during a mental health crisis, seeking help after I ran out of a regularly prescribed medication. I had already contacted my provider, but due to a rescheduled appointment, I was left without support and had no other option but to go to the emergency room.
When I explained my situation to Dr. Jeremy Skotko, I felt completely dismissed and demeaned. Rather than listening or showing compassion, he treated me as if I were trying to abuse the systemβwithout regard for my medical history, diagnosis, or emotional state. I left feeling humiliated, unsupported, and worse than when I arrived.
Mental health patients deserve empathy, not suspicion. This kind of treatment only discourages people from seeking care when they truly need it.

After reading the reviews I was very skeptical to go here..I'm from upstate NY and was traveling thru the area. I needed a bridge script for my medication and I've had to frequent ERs around the country to get the bridge script while traveling the past 3 months. Roper was by far the easiest, friendliest and most helpful in my situation. From the moment I walked in the door to the moment I walked out, everyone, including the Dr., were very kind . Thanks Roper ER for making my visit a pleasant oneπππ
