The team that comes out has always been very nice and professional. They always do a great job and I almost never find bugs in or around the house. The cost is pretty comparable to other providers in the area. They typically come out and spray once a quarter but someone always answers if I have questions. My only complaint is that when the initial sales person came out (I think he said he was the owner) he put my address and photo as my neighbors and support still hasn't updated it. Honest mistake, these things happen and they have always gotten my house taken care of.
Frank, our technician, always makes sure to talk to us about our concerns and explain what he is doing for our treatments. He is always prompt, very nice and personable, and is great at what he does. Highly recommend this company and Frank!
