Best HVAC company around. Wesley, Heather, Josh, and Anthony are all great. I am a GC and they do lots of work with us. They always do the highest quality work, show up on time, address issues, and have great pricing. Can’t recommend them enough.

I can’t say enough about this great company! My mother who is 93 years old had issues with her heat this past weekend when it was below freezing. Josh responded right away even though it was on the weekend. He came and resolved the issue and even found another potential issue that’s covered under warranty! I would highly recommend Pros!

When our AC started acting up during the first warm stretch of the season here in Charleston, I was stressed thinking it might be a major (and expensive) issue. Pros Heating and Air showed up quickly and immediately put us at ease. They took the time to explain everything clearly, walked us through what was actually going on, and made the repair without pushing any unnecessary fixes. What really stood out was their honesty and how genuinely helpful they were. They saved us a lot of money and made what could’ve been a stressful situation feel completely manageable.
