I came in the store Tuesday looked at tile no one was available to help no big deal I left my name and phone number and no one has called me yet. I call this morning and left a voicemail to be called back and no one has called me hours later.
Not recommended. Customer service is among the worst. We met with Alisha Martini who first off seemed to be displeased to be there. She said she would follow up with the quote which we never received. We then called 2 more times asking for the quote. Never saw anything. Wasted over 2 weeks dealing with this company. We went to Melcer and had a quote same day. Do yourself a favor and go to Melcer instead.
I went to palmetto because I heard nothing but good story's. The experience was good they was friendly and helpful. So that is why I trusted them to deliver beautiful granite so I paid them in full. Then my granite came in and I was going to pick it up but one of the employees was very nice enough to tell that Joe the general manager told him to shrink wrap it excessively over the cracked area so I wouldn't see.. wow bad business so I'm grateful that there honest people. It took me almost a month to receive my money back, I had to have my lawyer involved.. it was very sad..
