Since my first visit I have noticed a HUGE difference in how my body feels from going there vs not going. Due to work, I’ve missed my biweekly visits. I noticed that my lower back started to feel a lot tighter, my neck/shoulders were hurting and full of knots and that caused my headaches to return. After a month, of no visits, I was able to be see earlier this week. Man WHAT A DIFFERENCE. The stiffness and aches have practically subsided. As long as I’m able to make it to Doc O, I will make it a priority to go! Less aches and pains allow me to enjoy my workouts more!!!!
Your office has the best massage therapist you could ask for. Jen has been my therapist for years. She always knows how to take care of me and gets me feeling better.Your office staff is very friendly.I was a little disappointed with the cleanliness of the office in general.
He was very patient, and understanding with my situation at hand. He takes pride in what he does, and I appreciate him so much for assisting, and can't wait til my next appointment.
