I had a scheduled appt; they seemed surprised and put out when I walked in (right at opening); there were 4-5 technicians. I just felt like everything I asked for was a burden for them; like where the bathroom was, or where the colors for gel were; I felt rushed. The technician that did my toes was visibly upset when I didn’t choose the deluxe pedicure over the basic when I told her I needed my calluses for my workouts and combat boots. The job itself looks really good so far - as I just left; but only once did she ask me if I was happy with the color and that was when I was choosing how much to tip

I came in long overdue for a fill and pedicure….the staff were so diligent and took their time with me! I loved every bit of the organic gel pedicure and the lady did my Valentine’s Day nails exactly how I asked! Both ladies took their time! I’m new to the area so really wanted to find a new nail spot and I’m 100% sure I found it. I can’t wait to come back! I was a walkin and they took me immediately! No price gouging and no hurry. It was a true delight to come in!

JP and Bee are the best. They use zen gel nail for my nails and it’s the longest lasting protective product I have had. They make you feel like a VIP every time and have the best work with the best design. I am never disappointed.
