I went to this place because I found them on Tiktok and really needed my hair done being that I’m not from the area just stationed here (military) I had little to no idea where to go. They were very unprofessional. It felt as if I was in a daycare getting my hair braided. They allowed their kids to do whatever . My hair was nothing of the picture she showed me that she have done.. my hair was a mess..no split ends cut uneven braids, and different sizes.I paid 250 for my hair. They were rude the entire time of service. They stopped so many times to eat but on returning back no hands was washed.The bathroom had so many roaches in there that they were visible. The shop has a bad odor. They used the same towel that they used on the other customers for my hair and got mad because I said something regarding that. I won’t recommend them to no one..and it’s never about how much the hair cost its about the quantity of the style and stylist. Never again. Please if you’re station or here in this area don’t go to them.

This was the worst experience I have ever had. My appointment was at 9 am she didn't open the door until 9:15 and didn't start on my hair until 9:45. She left to pick up her kids that took 20 min and also stopped my hair to start on someone else. Her kids were loud and disrespectful and a lot of bugs crawling around. I didn't get done with my hair until 5pm. I was not expecting that the braids look amazing, but the experience was horrible. I will not be coming back to this place at all! They deserve no stars

If i could give 0 stars i would the lady didn't even do my daughter's hair correct came in for her to do my daughter's hair in two braids and she couldn't even get it to look like the picture not to mention i didn't get rude or loud with the woman at all for messing up my child's hair i even showed her a video to let her know what i wanted done by the time my daughter hair was done her hair was already coming out the braid i sat right in the shop and cut those two ugly raggedy braids out and the weave also looked old as well please avoid this shop never come here at all to get your hair done.

10/10!!! I’ve been living in Charleston for two years and drove past this shop many times, not even realizing there was a braiding salon in the little strip right there. I’ve always had a difficult time finding somewhere to get my hair braided. Most places now charge ridiculously high prices for knottless, have terrible availability or do not know how to do them very well. Called on a Sunday for an “emergency” appointment on Tuesday of the same week bc I am deploying soon. $200 for small knottless 42 inch braids (just past my waist) and they provide hair (only 1B STRAIGHT braiding hair). I’m active duty so I love that I know I will have no issues with being out of regulation when i’m in uniform. the braids are small, neat and light enough for a bun that won’t hurt my head. I will be returning after my deployment 😊. Thank you, Monique!

I would never go to the shop again every time you go there it's always something different. The people are rude. I've been going there for a while, but I'm done trying. When you go to book versus to them, it's always a different price or they can't do it.

Worst place ever to get your hair braided in Charleston South Carolina. My hair wasn’t braided a week before my braids start falling out on top of that my braids are two different size. This was a total lost of my money

I got passion twists and honey I look amazing The ladies here are sweet and professional and on time!!!! Can I get an amen for not being double booked and being asked to wait an hour or more. I will be a regular here. Ima say it again, the lady who twisted my hair was on time. I booked for 9:30am and she was there at 9:25 waiting for me. Its quiet here too so very peaceful energy.
