I went here and checked in ahead of time online . I arrived early and they took me in with less than a 10 min wait in the lobby. My entire visit was less than 40 minutes and didn't feel rushed. I felt listened to and given appropriate options for my treatment and care. thank you for being an urgent care to rely on ! The staff are all extremely nice and efficient . thank you .

They have an online jump the line service, which I did to be checked in faster and to not risk getting something else from sitting in the lobby. The point is, I stayed patiently waiting in the lobby for a whole hour before I was brought in for my check up. Two days later after I still haven't gotten better I came back to get rechecked and of course I still had to wait another hour in the lobby even though I went through there online jump the line service again.

Dr. Habib is one of the best doctor's I have ever encountered. I came in for shoulder pain due to injury from working out that had prolonged for months. Which also caused me to lose some mobility in my arm.. she showed true concern and urgency about the issue . I had to be referred to an orthopedic due to it being a tendon/ligament issue . Even though she did her part of patient care. She still contacted me to check on me and make sure I got good care/help from the orthopedic

No real conplaints from me. Of course I'd always want service to be faster but with their short staff and online check in process I probably had a relatively quick in and out experience. Their diagnosis was efficient and accurate and they take all major health insurances.

Front desk staff are awful. I usually just ignore their behavior but today's behavior was awful. I was seen on 8/7 and scripts were sent to pharmacy and wasn't filled. I called pharmacy on 8/8 to find out why and was told they were short staff but will fill now. Since it was now after 2pm I realized I'd miss another day of work due to pain level. I called medcare to advise the late filling of scripts and requested excuse for work for 8/8 & 8/9. The woman confirmed that my husband was on my HIPPA and could pick up...he arrives and then it goes left. He was speaking to one staffer explaining his reason for coming in, while speaking another staffer who had a patient in front of her involves herself in the conversation and tells my husband he needed to sign in using a very nasty tone. My husband responds to tell her she should deal with her patient instead of jumping into their conversation and that he was picking up excuse for his wife. She then proceeds to leave her patient because now she's looking for payback after being put in her place so she's left her patient to further engage my husband. They go back and forth all while patients are just standing there because she wants the last word and doesn't care she's at work while my husband isn't. I'll never return because he was picking up an excuse but got attitude and a nasty experience. We live 5 minutes away so the household of 5 who used to visit this place will drive past and take our business some where else where the front desk knows how to conduct themselves. I've dealt with the negative energies for a while but my husband's experience put it over the top. The front desk staff always seems unhappy and mad about working.... Disappointing.

Came in for a personal reason. the entire staff was exceptionally nice. The process was easy and I only waited in the lobby for about 5 minutes and then I was seen.
