James is always amazing in explaining the service he is about to provide. He makes sure to ask if there are any trouble areas or inquire about what he can assist with. He had a trainer Dwaine with him today and they were both so nice.
The team at Magna is by far the most professional and knowlegable Pest Contol team that I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Sarah, James, and Waylon have always been open to any questions I have as well as with my team. They will take the time to educate us on their processes, they are thorough in their work, and they provide more than they are worth. They provide reports after each visit, give us valuable feedback on any concerns that they have during their visit, and they take the time to even educate the residents! Wayland is a great guy! The fact that he's a veteran like my wife and I really put him on top. He was very friendly, easy going, and very professional. The company should feel proud to have Waylan on your team!
