As a Board member at Bowman Park in Mt. Pleasant, I was very pleased with the outcome and KRC's exceptional performance from start to finish. Initially, we were concerned about potential costs due to KRC’s size. During interviews with three contractors, we wondered if KRC's larger scale might lead to higher general conditions and supervision costs. However, these concerns were quickly alleviated by KRC's professionalism and efficient project management. They provided the resources and support of a larger company while maintaining the personalized attention of a smaller contractor. Our neighborhood decks were being replaced by Kennedy Richter. Upon review of the completion of project, the work and attention to detail was superb. The foreman (Ted) was kind enough to re assemble my ring camera after it was removed prior to the job starting.
