Today had a 6 month follow up appt with Sean Patrick. He's awesome but I will never come back, I advised him that I would need my prescription including pupillary distance as I would be getting my glasses online. He stated the ladies out front should be able to help. The lady assisting me out front pushed their online portal which I had no interest in, and when reviewing my prescription it did not show a pupillary distance. I asked and she advised that if you do not purchase glasses from them they no longer provide it. While I believe this should be illegal as it is in other states South Carolina does not require it for a prescription even though it is needed to obtain an accurate prescription. Plus if you use a card they charge a fee, this place tries to nickel and dime you.

Don't waste your time going here. Claimed UPS lost a pair of prescription Ray-Ban sunglasses and a pair of prescription progressive frames that were both sent off for new lenses. I had to call over and over again to get little to no information. They finally had my husband pick out a new pair of prescription sunglasses and when they arrived with new lenses one lens was damaged. Didn't bother telling us that when I called to see if they were in yet. I asked for the money when they filed the UPS claim from the original lost order and I was told they used the UPS claims money for the 2nd pair of sunglasses that were damaged. AND they are now asking for those sunglasses back. Terrible customer service. I feel sorry for Patricia who is fairly new to the company and subjected to an employer like this. We have moved on to LensCrafters. 150% better service!!

Great experience. All personnel were very nice and friendly. Vision testing was thorough and explained as we proceeded through the process by the tech and doctor. Both asked questions regarding my vision history and gave feedback. Shop has a good selection of frames and the representative was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The calming background music added topped off my visit.
This as my first office visit and I plan on returning for vision care in the future. Highly recommend.

This was the first time at this facility. I got a great eye exam, and the doctor went over all the results. Everyone was so nice and friendly. Everything was really clean. The lady helped me find the perfect glasses and set me up for contacts. I am very pleased with the whole experience. Definitely recommend Eyecare Eyewear Coosaw.

The offices are always spotless. Always plenty of parking. The staff is helpful, friendly, and welcoming. They are the best at helping you pick from the large variety in frames and lens treatment options. Our glasses always come in right on time or sooner than expected.
