Communication by any medium is terrible. Phone number is a dead end regardless of what option you chose and emailing reps is not much more fruitful.If i could give 0 stars, i would.

Beautiful Office, decent pay, Toxic & Hostile work environment. No team leaders, Supervisors or managers to help you. Your questions and concerns get ignored. It's only when you don't bill files or screw something up that management interacts with you. 4 days of generic training that has barely anything to do with the jobs you are assigned to. I now understand the very high turnover rate.

I worked here for 3 Months, my check was late twice. NOT good when you have automatic payments scheduled to pay out. Ugh!!
