I’ve never had an issue in regard to pick until recently. It had been about three weeks an my trash had not been picked up. I had made several calls and sent several emails in regard to this issue. I finally spoke with Denesha who was a huge help and finally was able to resolve the issue. Many thanks and praises to her!!!!
Denesha Williams was very helpful starting my device with Carolina Waste and making sure she made sure I had all I needed so I can get rid of all of my trash until I received my Trash Can!

Every time I call Carolina Waste, I either speak with Joyce or most recently, I spoke with Maggie. They are all so very kind and helpful. Customer service can be a very thankless job. This crew is amazing and I encourage more people to be thankful of the service they offer to all of us!!! (If I missed one of the team members in this review, I apologize! I have NEVER had a bad experience.)
