Everyone in the office is on the same quality level. The doctor spent all the time I needed, and I did not feel rushed. It was my first visit compared to other locations; this was the best.
I've been to this office before when I was a patient of Dr Braims but he left over 2 years ago so I actually was going to go to one of carolina eye care offices closer to me. Well they made a mistake and sent me back to this office again. My dr this time was Dr Paul Herring. I was shocked to hear him say I had cataracts as Dr Braim had never told me this. He explained that it is in my chart but I had a bigger problem at the time with CSR and my retina. Since he knew this about my pryor visits I figured him to be truthful.
