Dr. O' Day and the staff were beyond impressive. Everyone from receptionist, Audra, I believe. To the surgery coordinator, Jasmine, to Dr. O' Day himself were beyond helpful and I left with no worries on how things would go. Dr. O’Day and his staff were amazing and wonderfully warm and nice. They had a really hard time getting the proper images of my eyes- it’s my eye’s fault, not theirs. They were amazing and patient getting everything they needed. I was given a discount because I paid in cash. Dr. O’Day was funny and friendly and easy to talk to. Very thorough in explaining everything. I couldn’t be more thrilled, going from not being able to see anything just a couple feet away to 20/15 vision! I’m astounded and I couldn’t be happier. I had Lasik at the end of August and had a great experience for all visits to both the North Charleston and the Mount Pleasant offices. I have had zero complications and highly recommend Charleston Cornea & Refractive Surgery. Some individuals that I actually caught their names and want to recognize: Allison, Olivia, Dr. Castro and Dr. O'Day were all great; I really enjoyed working with them.
