Michael Lord was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He designed our laundry and offered many different options we had not considered.
The only drawback was that he is the only associate at the North Charleston store and was constantly interrupted by phone calls and other walk in customers. He did however handle them quickly and politely so that he could complete our design.

We worked with Michael Lord at the North Charleston location and he was a pleasure to work with! He was able to create detailed 3d renderings of exactly what we were looking for and provide us a ton of other options, many of which we didn't think of originally. We're very happy with the service and support between the main office all the way to the installer that came out and measured everything. Awesome job guys!
