“I had the most entertaining and memorable experience at this salon! I’d called to set an appointment for the goddess locs, expecting to have it set up some time next week, which I was alright with. I spoke with Stephanie, in which she told me she would’ve contacted me later that day if she was able to get me in or if not, on another day. Steph reached back out to me to let me know she would be able to get me in on Saturday (PERFECT) she walked me through the steps of booking the appointment to n styleseat and securing my spot with a deposit. I arrived today for my appointment to find out that the hair I had would cause extra for the hairstyle because of the length. Steph instead offered to swap out the hair I bought. The other ladies who work in the shop are phenomenal! They were very nice, attentive, and all of them do amazing work. I was able to witness clients get different styles, so I have plenty to choose from on my next visit. I didn’t see not one client spend over 3+ hours today, not even for braids. They kept me laughing the entire time. They made sure to offer snacks and others stuff they had in the shop, which was very accommodating. I LOVE my hair ❤️❤️❤️ and it caused me way less than what other salons had offered. I’m glad I chose this place and I’ll most definitely be returning.“

“I loved my experience here. I ended up going because my sister went here for her girls' silk press and their hair looked so good. I needed a reset on my hair and my sister referred me to Lotoisha. I set up my appointment with her and let me tell you, I had such a good time. Lotoisha was warm and personable and full of natural healthy hair knowledge. I would definitely go back to her again. The inside of the salon has a luxurious feel. It looks very glamorous and fits the name well. I highly recommend this place if your brown girl like me.
