I waited till after I got my hair done to put my comment because I wanted the full experience first I read the reviews and definitely was scared to go because it was a lot of negative comments when I walked in. I’m assuming she’s the owner ; a women greeted me and asked me what I needed. I expressed to her that I was on a tight schedule and wanted medium Knotless from 9-30 to 1 o’clock Is all it took! I have nothing negative to say thank you And I have to make this point as well. I am a tender, headed it didn’t hurt at all thank you you did a great job !

service was horrible,I have my industrial piercing and the lady kept on hitting it while doing my knotless braids.very aggressive in general so if you're tender headed be careful.if you have something to do the day of getting your hair done from here,schedule very early bc they won't respect your time.the outcome and results are outstanding but beware!!!

I love the ladies in this shop but I feel like the customer service could be better. I started resuming services after a previous experience years ago. I came in to get my daughter hair braided because it was convenient at the last minute. My daughter wanted lemonade braids instead of them telling you I can’t catch the small pieces in the back they braid to last at that moment as so tight it leaves bumps. I had to come back a second time to get the edges braided over in a weeks time, someone else braided it down and it still lifted up. So here comes me getting my hair done after that.
