Geez, the way this review went originally didn’t let me speak. I’m not so interested in stars but customer service and I can honestly say I have NEVER had a better provider when I was in crisis. When I say crisis, my brand new construction home had a crappy installer of my very expensive refrigerator and he cut both water tubings to the water dispenser when he cut it out of the box. This by a GE monogram provider. So water leaked and leaked into my new house and down to the garage level . Myself and family would like to take a moment out of our day to recognize, Ryan Lear. From the time he introduced himself we knew he cared. He went over and above in helping us with our situation. Unfortunately, anymore it is so hard to find good communication skills with anyone that is looking for issues that is so very important to us. Not for Ryan. He listened ,answered every question to our understanding and took extreme care in his walk through to help locate where are issues were coming from.
