Justin was very attentive. Communicated well. Also made me aware that could possibly not get out rust stains out but was able to.!!! But grateful for the awareness of expectations and exceeded them.
Matt was great! Did a thorough job with cleaning the carpet & dryer duct, which hadn’t been clean in 17 years. He’s also a very honest guy too! Thinking I gave him the exact amount of cash so he left, I thought. Matt came back to the door & said, hey I think you gave me too much. He recounted the money in front of me & yes I over paid. Most people would have kept it moving. Next time I use Stanley Steamer, I’ll take Matt Please & Thank You!
