I believe one of the cleaners name was Cary and I can’t remember the name of the other lead cleaner, but they did a spectacular job! My couch was stained by some dried flowers that I purchased from Amazon. While arranging them in the vase, it stained my couch blue. That dynamic duo were courteous and professional and very friendly. Not only will I recommend them to everyone, but I will most definitely use them in the future. We had a wonderful experience. Brian came out and gave us our estimate. He was on time and explained the process. He had Brandon and Alan come out to perform the duct cleaning. These guys were amazing. They were on time, polite and communicated well from the very beginning. Answered any questions that came up while they were working. (There’s always a question that seems to be forgotten) I highly recommend these guys. I will ask for them by name the next go around. Thank you again for a job well done. I really appreciate all your hard work.

Alex was above and beyond. Polite and knowledge. Great communication. He accommodated the fact that we had a closet consultant arrive at the same time as his visit, and he thoughtfully changed the order of his cleaning plan to help make those simultaneous visits work. We are thankful and impressed. Will def use Stanley Steemer again and recommend to others.
