Our sprinklers are ruined and John refuses to fix it! Yes, we had them moved before the job was done by a sprinkler company so this would not happen. I have pictures. He did not clean up the concrete on the side of the curbing. Now he's demanding for me to do it myself instead of cleaning up his mess. I may escalate this further. His level of arrogance on the phone shows me this company needs to be put out of business. Furthermore, he accused me of giving "my children" a black eye who is not even related to me.
