The entire staff was both kind and helpful. I always appreciate providers who are unhurried and take their time with their patients, and that was the case during my visit. Benjamin (the PA) listened to my concerns, and he thoroughly answered questions that I had. It was evident that he took pride in his work.
This Urgent Care has great service. My wait time was very short. The customer service representative was very friendly. The nurse was friendly and very helpful and thorough. I met with the doctor very quickly. She was very helpful, thorough and knowledgeable, as well as friendly. I have been going to this urgent care when it was Doctor’s Care. The service is still top notch!!!
I was very pleased with the service I received . Everyone was pleasant, understanding, professional and polite. The doctor was very informative and explained in detail what the problem was and what to do if my issue persists.
