This company is A+++! Would not hesitate to call them when needing an appliance repair service. Brant is very professional, knowledgeable, and a great communicator. Certified Appliance Repair is one of the best appliance repair companies we have dealt with. The communication is outstanding and the office staff is so friendly and polite. They kept us informed every step of the way and when the technician would arrive, showing us they are on top of things. A well organized company that gives their customers the best care possible.
Certified Appliance has been one of the best repair companies I’ve ever worked with. We have a front load GE washer that was under warranty and have had a problem with since January. After they did everything possible, new parts and several service calls, they worked with GE to get our washer replaced. Their service techs that came to the house were very polite and prompt. Brant continually went above and beyond to get this machine back to new. I appreciate the entire company working with me and being patient as we worked with GE! For sure our new repair company! I had the best experience a few days ago with Tony who came out to assess our 16 month old washing machine noises, issues. He was prompt, courteous, great at communicating and had lots of experience regarding appliance repairs. After 4 other technicians failed to find the problem, I truly believe he’s gotten to the bottom of it. Thank you, Tony!!
