Tony did an outstanding job of helping my mother with her washer. He came out ran a wash cycle and found out she activated the child safety lock system. No repair needed and he took his time explaining what the problem was. Thank you SO MUCH Tony YOU ROCK

Prompt,able and honest.They return calls and do what they say they'll do.They stand behind their work.Can't say enough about the service we got. They fixed my p.o.s. LG fridge when LG wouldn't honor the warranty.Let that be a warning to LG owners.
