I ended up coming in an hour before they closed and apologize multiple times for coming in late, but Julia assured me that there was nothing to apologize about. She had some of the greatest customer service that I’ve ever seen. I really enjoyed my experience today and I’m so glad that Julia was there to help me through it.“
