Palm Beach Tan

Palm Beach Tan is a popular tanning salon known for its high-quality tanning equipment, including sunbeds and spray tanning booths, as well as a wide selection of tanning and skin care products. Customers appreciate the friendly staff, with one reviewer highlighting a particular employee who went out of her way to accommodate a customer in need of a spray tan early in the morning. The salon has a clean environment and offers various tanning options, catering to different preferences.

However, there are some concerns regarding the functionality of certain tanning beds. One customer reported repeated issues with one specific bed, noting it often had problems such as bulbs being out or the bed not turning on. Frustration arose when the staff did not address these issues satisfactorily, leading to confusion over the actual tanning time received. Although some staff members displayed unprofessional behavior, the new assistant manager was praised for her understanding and support.

Overall, while Palm Beach Tan offers a solid tanning experience with great products and friendly service, attention to maintenance and staff training could enhance customer satisfaction. The option to sign up for a tanning membership for under $14.95 a month makes it an attractive choice for tanning enthusiasts.
