I had an upstairs commode leak in my home several weeks ago. My State Farm agent sent Mel out and I was so impressed with his can-do, take -charge and fix-it demeanor! Not only was he professional in his handling of my problem he was so personable with his concern for me and to make sure I was comfortable with what the procedures were going to be in my home to get it all fixed. When Mel’s son, Mel, lII, came with another young man, Dillon, and started cleaning everything up he was very considerate of my concern not to mess up any more of my home and put up plastic to keep powder dust and debris from going into the rest of my house. They have been so thoughtful to call to let me know when they are coming. They have been polite, personable, respectful, considerate, kind and helpful. I am so impressed and can’t recommend them highly enough to handle anyone’s disaster in their home. They left the two rooms in perfect shape for the contractor to come in and rebuild! I thank God that my problem was not any worse than it was but, if I ever do have any more problems I certainly will insist on Mel and Servpro of Newberry and Lauren’s. Thank you.
