Iโve been bringing my Labrabull and cat here a few times for shots and annual check ups, but I swung in there just to ask a quick question and was told to wait. After waiting 15 minutes and lady walks in after me and they helped her right away and skipped right over me. There were only 3 people in the waiting room, so how can you not see I was next in line with 2 receptionist working. The difference between one business offering the same thing as another is having good customer service and acknowledging your customers. Great customer service builds business and poor service can cost business.

Be careful with this place. Not worth it. Staff will tell you one thing, and they do completely opposite. Not an honest place at all. No accountability from anyone with all the lies we were told. Not even one little apology from nobody. Very dissatisfied with the whole office. Go somewhere else. All about telling lies. Clarify that the pet surrender was a mistake and we begged to reverse it within 24 hours only to be told it was fostered to an employee in your office and then told sent to rescue 10 hours away. No Compassion for mistakes and realizing we made a mistake willing to pay fees anything occurred for this sweet boy to give him his forever home- but was told we can adopt another pet. Why? Because this little town talks and know how close the office staff is and willing to cover. Now what if the original owner comes forward- they have to pay and prove ownership to get their boy back which you made decisions to ship.him away. Not honest. Betrayal and being locally owned you can make your own rules and policies when SC state has surrender clause in case the owner does make a bad decision. You need to clarify in your office that you do not honor that so people will know. Its terrible to hear a cry and begging just to turn your head and deny a family. We could afford pet vet bills that was also best for the sweet boy. Clarify also that instead of answering my emails /portal messages while your office was closed- you instead ignored them while your office was 'closed' for 3 days but work and set all the so called things over weekend. Didn't hear anything from your office until 10am Monday after I kept reaching out and calling since your office opened again. Clarify that. Still not a honest place with no Compassion. Need signs up and knowledge of no matter what we dont reverse a mistake even if we lied to give the dog to office staff so call foster as you call them. We could care for him as well as anyone and did for 4 days. Thank you ALOT.

It really was a nice visit for DeeDee and myself. The staff and Dr are wonderful. They were supper busy and behind after the Thanksgiving vacation. They let us know and was working hard. One thing I noticed was even though they were busy they took their time and Examine my DeeDee. The Dr even made sure If I had any concerns.
