I have been in this area for over 30 years and work for a large commercial contractor. My wife and I went back and forth during the design phase with Bill (The Owner) who was very patient with us. Bill made sure our final choice was exactly what we had dreamed of.We also live in the "City Limits" of Myrtle Beach in an old portion of Pinelakes Estates. Our home was built in 1967 so I have had plenty of dealings with the City Permit folks on other things.Bill handled that entire process of submitting, dealing with a sewer line item that came up and I was really impressed and thankful for that. He worked with them closely and also came up with a solution to slightly angle to pool to meet the City Needs and you can't even tell from the drawings that its slightly different.To me that was huge keeping the project moving forward and my kids were doing cannon balls right in line w the schedule. Above all else the Team from start to finish were really easy to work with. The end result was fantastic and we had some other small items come up during construction I thought for sure would be a change order / additional cost and that wasn't the case.We am super happy with Bill and his Team and even on the Service side, maintaining and asking questions they are wonderful.
