He showed professionalism, courteous and knowledge of the process . He worked diligently w our insurance company, the insurance adjuster along w scheduling of his roofing crew . The roofing crew worked under extreme heat conditions and never stopped until the job was completed. Frank made several appearances throughout the day to ensure the job was being completed to our satisfaction. Upon completion of the job, the crew made sure all roofing materials were cleaned and discarded. The following day , Frank returned and followed up w conducting a final check of our property for any debris that may have been missed by the crew. Frank remained in steady contact w us throughout the entire process of having the roof replaced. WeatherShield Roofing replaced our roof in September 2023. During the crazy storm we had this Thursday there was a slight leak. I contacted them and they came out Friday...yes, the very next day. One of the owners was in constant contact with us and assured us it would be taken care of, and it was. Phenomenal. Highly recommend WeatherShield Roofing.
