Stopped in here today for the first time. Did the 15 minute bed. I like the other locations better, but this served the purpose while in the area. Easy to find in the shopping center.

While the location is very clean, I have tried their Versa spray tan 3 times and each time I get zero color. Today I was forced to pay $10 for a Versa spray tan (got zero color again) even though I have the unlimited sunless package because my membership is out of Charlotte?!? However when I go to the 38th Avenue location I have no issues and do not have to pay a dime extra for a Versa tan and I get great color. Not sure what the issue is with this location, but I’ll be driving to 38th Avenue from now on, sorry guys I tried to give you a few chances ??♀️

I just wanted to some tan onceRachel and Katelyn were very helpful and informative mentioning that if I just signed up for a package I would save money and be able to come tan more often…I did just want to tan once they were very professional and not pushy. So if I ever do come back for the package it was because of the customer serviceGive them raise
