I just moved from Northern VA to
Myrtle Beach, SC. I have a membership from No. VA, when I asked how to handle my membership upon moving from the No. VA location they looked up where the nearest one would be to my new address and helped me relocate to the Coastal Carolina location. Very helpful staff, would highly recommend Palm Beach Tan.
I want to shout out the Amazing staff at this location. Billie Jean is awesome! She is always so friendly, helpful and in a cheerful mood. I am greeted by name and she’s up for a little cheerful chat. She is always suggesting different or new products that would help me with my year round summer glow. She’s a 5 star employee.
The other ladies at this location are also outstanding. I just don’t remember their names.

I've been going to Palm Beach tan on Renee dr in Carolina Forest now for 2 years.. its always been great! Your staff have been delightful!! Especially Bille Jean.. she has been the greatest.. always welcoming and shares all the information on all products.. encourages to try other products and different things like the red light and sauna.. my husband goes here as well.. he has tried the sauna.. if anything goes wrong with a tanning bed Bille Jean accommodates us with another in a jiffy.. I have seen her handle difficult customers with a pleasant manner even when they were complaining about something she had no control over..
