Bought a cabana umbrella from a reef store in Rodanthe and it literally lasted 1.5 hours. I called the store and they told me they won’t refund it, so I called the corporate office and they said they would not refund my money either. They claim they stand behind their products but they obviously do not cause they won’t refund my money or send me a replacement. I am proud American and a veteran that loves to support American companies, but this one I will never support again. Do not buy this product, complete waste of money.

If I could of gave a zero star I would have but that was not a option.Bought this product at a Reef store and about 1.5 hours after buying this is what it looked like. Called the corporate office they told me they stand behind their product but won’t refund my money cause of the stores exchange policy. The lady on the phone told me there is nothing they could do for me. They wonder why people buy from bigger stores due to their exchange policies. If I would have bought this from Walmart or Lowes they would 100% refund my money or send me a replacement. I will never buy any of their products again.
