Rooter Express is a highly professional full service plumbing business serving Conway and the surrounding Horry and Georgetown areas. They were recommended by Horry Electric Cooperative to replace my leaking water heater and to take advantage of their current rebate program. I had obtained estimates from other plumbers, however Virginia, the Office Manager at Rooter Express promptly and completely answered all of my questions and handled all of the details for my job. Two plumbers, Kenneth and Tim arrived as scheduled on time at my home, and within 2 hours had removed, re-plumbed, replaced and cleaned up the old leaking water heater. I am completely satisfied with their work, and I recommend them highly. Great job, Rooter Express!
I am renovating my rental house and needed new sinks, and toilets in three bathroom including all new valves. Also kitchen sink and dishwasher hookup. Ken came out with a helper to do the job. He was absolutely a knowledgeable, professional plumber who was informative and courteous. Everything is working like brand new. Also I appreciated communicating with Virginia who set up and coordinated the work they performed. They are a totally honest hard working plumbing company. I highly recommend them.
