Hired by DR Horton on a new build. Had an inspection done on the house in July 2024. Inspection found the garbage disposal had a foreign object clacking around in it and needed to be looked out. By the time a plumber from RJM came out it was 3 months later to look out. The plumber hardly spoke any english and then lied and said my husband threw a piece of metal in the disposal that broke it, so RJM was not responsible for it. Even though I had proof from an inspection report that it was broken before we moved in. Horrible company. Will never use them for anything.

Would give them less than one star if I could. They do sloppy work, and they don't give a darn. We moved into a new home a little over a year ago. They installed the dishwasher connection which still leaks! They didn't connect the stove properly and gas was leaking for an entire week before we moved in ... needless to say, we ended up in the hospital! And, lastly they didn't install the master bedroom toilet correctly. Already leaking over our new floors! They are sham! When asked to come to try to fix, they didn't show up nor did they call. Worst contractor ever!!! BAD BAD BAD. DON'T USE THEM IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR HOME!!!

This plumber installed a brand new water heater 2 years ago. It stopped working. They refused to honor the manufacturers warranty even though they did the work and installed it. Do NOT use this plumber!
