We were out of town and forgot our CPAP charge cord. Katy was able to get us in immediately between other scheduled appointments. She was extremely helpful and kind, frequently attempting to do more than we asked so we could save money. She set us up with a used cord in great condition. Thanks Katy! You’re the best!
I was a Little overwhelmed with everything, but Katie was very good in explaining what needed to be done. I’m going to the office again tomorrow because I’m having some difficulty with the air escaping through the top portion of the mask and every time I would put it on and I would have to sit up in order for it not to escape so maybe it’s too big and we’re gonna try to figure this out tomorrow.
