I’ve been in the massage industry for 27 years, owned my own spa store before, and even worked as a professional physical therapist in a hospital — so I can confidently say O Spa is truly professional when it comes to shiatsu massage. The technique is authentic and well-executed. My friend prefers a stronger touch, and since the therapists here are female, the pressure can feel a bit lighter for some people, but their skill and precision are excellent. Helen, the owner, gives an absolutely flawless massage — she’s one of the best I’ve met. I was very sorry to hear she had a car accident recently, and I’ll keep supporting her small business. I came to Myrtle Beach for vacation and someone at a restaurant told me about O Spa. I went the next day and it was great — Anna and Joy both gave really good shiatsu-style massages. I actually went two days in a row because it felt so good. The price is better than most other places I checked, and the place feels clean and peaceful. Their English isn’t perfect, but that didn’t bother me at all since they’re so professional. I left feeling super relaxed.
My wife & I ran a productive Day Spa for 28 years..I was the massage therapist for 21 years, & she the esthetician & owner..We were loved and set the standards in our area..
Our 1 hour massage today @ Q was very top notch! Great personality, diligent to tight areas, carried through the muscle's fully, which many therapists don't understand unfortunately..
My wife said to bad I didn't know this was here 3 weeks ago!!! Our experience was fabulous!!
