What an amazing experience it was to work with Karen and ProAction! We hired them to clean the carpets in a house that we were preparing to go on the market. It was a particularly difficult job due to pets in the home, but they got it done expertly! Thanks to their stunning results, the house sold over asking in just two days! Thank you Karen and crew!

Can’t say enough good for Karen and her husband. Had a cleaner I was very happy with until I got cats. There was a stain that he was able to get out and looked fine, then within a few days it started coming back. Had him back with same results. I had decided I was going to have to replace the carpet but thought I’d give someone else a try first. I did my research and read so many good things about Pro Action that I called. They made my old carpet look brand new. About 6 weeks now and no spot returning. And a real plus is that it’s so dry when they leave and they’re both super nice to boot. I’m thrilled with them and going to schedule a tile cleaning now. Give them a call!
Karen was fantastic. She went through my house paying close attention to the spots I had. She made sure every one of them came up. My carpet looks GREAT!! She did a terrific job and I wouldn't hesitate to call her again and to refer her to friends.
