Cassidy always does an excellent job in making sure my dog, Moose is taken care of. She consistently displays great customer service, expertise and patiently addresses any concerns I have with grooming, appointments, etc. She goes above and beyond in providing comfort and support to customers. I have always been very happy with her and the services I receive at Pawfection!

They were great. This was Baby's first time there and he was anxious and uncooperative, but they took the time to keep him calm and get the job done. Additionally, they offered groomer training to help with his anxiety and to make future spa days more relaxing for him.

I have had my dog groomed for 11 years now. The previous place I took my dog to get groomed (out of state) was pleasant however, since moving to the Myrtle Beach area and finding Pawfection, I have to say, Jen and her staff are absolutely FABULOUS!!I had forgotten to schedule my dog for his next grooming. After realizing this, I called to try and get an appointment before the hectic holidays arrived. Jen quickly set me up with an appointment at my convenience and even scheduled several future appointments which I prefer (less to remember)!!
