North Strand Mechanical Heating & Cooling

Mike came out on the 4th of July.My system went ary the night before. We had a bad lightning storm & we lost electricity.When the power came back on my heat pump would only hum. We had no AC.Thanks for mike coming out on this holiday!! Me,my family, and of course Duke, were starting to get cold air pumping. I am disabled and COPD. Mike and northern are people I trust and always recommend them to my neighbors.

Wow! North Strand Heating & Cooling is amazing. When my heat suddenly went out 2 days before Christmas I reached out to a local realtor friend for repairman recommendation. I am so glad he recommended North Strand for our needs - they were great. In my experience, it is all too uncommon for vendors like this to be timely and professional. North Strand was great - showed up when they said they would, communicated clearly every step of the way, and never tried to hide the ball with costs and fees. The repair was done very promptly.
