Jeff was an absolute lifesaver. I called him when the WiFi at my motel went down and guests couldn’t stream, and he came out the same day. He walked into a complete mess and still managed to get everything back up and running within a day. He even stayed super late to make sure everything was working perfectly for our guests before he left. He’s extremely honest, organized, and clearly knows what he’s doing. It’s such a relief finding someone reliable like him. I will definitely be using Jeff for any future IT issues and I’m so glad I found him. Highly recommend!

Jeff at Netcom IT Services was very responsive and extremely helpful when I was having streaming issues with an Axis Communications camera. He was very patient and professional helping me understand the issue and did not try to nickel and dime me. From the start and throughout the entire installation he gave us regular updates and overcame any obstacle in his way to provide us with both an excellent product and exemplary service.
