I love Nail Spa and Beyond. Been going there since Kelly opened the doors. The receptionist Danielle is very friendly and helpful. Annie does my nails. She's very good and she's friendly. Mike is also great. He has done my nails from time to time. They all make you feel very welcome. So glad I found this place!!!

Danielle is absolutely amazing. I had to see a different nail tech this time because Justin was not available. I saw Trang and she did not listen to what I was asking for at all. She was also telling me not to go back to Justin, she pulled off all of my nails when they did not need to be removed and it hurt so bad. She was also trying to get me to get a pedicure when I did not need it. She kept talking to others in a different language and I was worried she was talking about me. I was not happy with her service, she did not do what I asked for. Danielle worked hard to make sure everything was corrected. She is a true gem and so understanding. Enjoyed a great gel fill manicure today! I was greeted at the door by Lisa who helped me navigate all the color options and got me settled. Trang worked her magic on my nails that were in bad shape. She does a GREAT manicure every time. They last well beyond the usual 2 weeks at other salons. See you soon Trang and Lisa!
