I THOROUGHLY enjoyed my experience at Nail ?? Lounge. My mom and I recently visited the nail salon here and were treated with a special kindness and care. Out of all the nail salons that I've visited, never have I been offered a bottle of water ?. I know that may not seem very monumental but to customers great customer service makes a lasting impression.My mom and I will be visiting here again and bringing friends!!Chapri and Flora JohnsonServices: Polish removal

My husband and I were down (Myrtle Beach SC) just for a few short days and I spontaneously decided to get my nails done (1st time in many years) after reading the reviews on the Nail Lounge I decided to give them a try.We were instantly greeted and welcomed.The facility is clean and inviting, staff friendly and professional.Tom was the gentleman who did my nails.He was so gentle and very thorough… he done a BEAUTIFUL job with my nails, I was very happy with how they turned out. I’ll definitely be back to see Tom next time we vacation. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Amazing place! Took my daughter for a mother/daughter day and we both got manicures and pedicures. I got the deluxe manicure and nail lounge special pedicure. Being that we are on vacation, the tops of my feet are a little burnt. When she turned the water on and asked how the temperature was I mentioned that it was a little hot due to being burnt but I would be ok. She said “no, you need to be comfortable” and turned the water down to a more comfortable level. I was extremely relaxed and the customer service was amazing. They were awesome with my 9 year old daughter. Definitely recommend going here and we will definitely be back again!Services: Hand & foot...read full review
