DECEPTIVE & MISLEADING PRACTISE. This company claims. to give you a Lifetime Warranty on window tinting. They will show you a sample of top-of-the-line tint and after you pay you find out that in fact the tint is cheap Chinese off brand tint, I know because the manufacturer stated that they have not purchased their product in over two and a half years. The manufacturer had me go to another window tinting shop for a second opinion and the technician there said I was ripped off. The installation was a nightmare and started peeling off the same day it also had scratch marks. The overweight lady at the front desk is rude and has no business dealing with the public. I never received an itemized bill for the work done which is shady in itself as the also sell damaged washers / dryer, refrigerators. My receipt shows NO TAX taken out just an upcharge for using a credit card which they had sprung on me after my vehicle was finished. After providing my credit card company with all of the evidence they ruled in my favor reversing the charge.
Got my car detailed. Customer service was nice, really liked the guy. Some creases had very minimal dirty still not really bugging about that. Rear back headrests was missed which wasnt a big big deal either.What seemed to make me kinda mad was the price. 313$ for a decnt interior clean. AIn i dont want to say ok interior cleaning an anyone nhink im bashing them. Im just saying , Ive had better cleaning for way cheaper.Service: Auto detailing
I can't express enough how dissatisfied we are with this place. Took brand new car that we'd had less than a week to get windows tinted. The tint had scratches in several places. Took it back in and they replaced it. Now our brand new car has scratches and a burn mark from them using the heat gun on the inside of the window and not the outside! They've removed the tint and refunded the money for the windows. They also ordered replacement parts for the parts that were scratched but we've still got a burn mark on the door of a brand new car!! I don't even have the words for how upset this made us.
