Mancill used to be a top notch company. Ever since Richard Mancill passed away and the new owner Jimmie Cummins took over the company has gone completely downhill. It is a shame that the name Mancill has become synonymous with poor customer service and shoddy workmanship. My elderly father's $500,000 house got flooded out after a sharkbite fitting that they installed gave way in the wall of his second story bathroom. I contacted the company and Debbie was extremely rude saying it wasnt there problem. She claimed that we were trying to scam them and told me to stop calling. We have been using Mancill for years, and they've never let us down. We had a hot water heater burst on a Saturday night, and Moose came out on Sunday, during a storm, to replace it. While here, a tornado came through part of our neighborhood and knocked out power, so he wasn't able to fully check it before leaving for another job.
Once power came back on we gave it a few days - had small issue, which was quickly responded to and corrected. Can't recommend this company highly enough.

We called James to get an estimate to run electric to our new pool, gazebo & add spotlights to the house. He provided fantastic customer service! The estimate was very fair. Electricians Tim & Sy worked very hard & efficiently. They were very respectful of our property, cleaned up their materials every day they were here. They were very professional, personable, & knowledgeable. There is no doubt that we would call Mancill again for any electric needs in the future.
