I had to e best experience doing yoga here while on vacation! Everyone was so welcoming and though I’ve been doing yoga awhile, I learned a bunch of new things. Highly recommend for beginners to those with extensive experience
This place❤️ the warmth and fellowship of the teachers and people within is amazing. I’ve practiced for 18 years or so and even Teacher Trained with Elise and this space is by far my favorite place to be. I got caught up with taking care of grands and spending time in a gym and the past few months have dedicated my time off to my practice at Living Yoga and Wellness. I have felt so solid and so much stronger and more complete. I realized you can workout for strength all you want but until you combine that with a peaceful mind and a centered self it isn’t complete. When we bow our heads together before and after practice now that’s complete!
